ScribeFast is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that translates handwritten PDF documents into digital formats, specifically LaTeX and Markdown. Our service can process equations, tables, and other complex elements found in handwritten documents.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Document Processing

4.1 Document Upload

You may upload handwritten PDF documents to our service for processing. You retain all ownership rights to your documents.

4.2 Processing Status

Documents uploaded to our service will display a processing status. Unprocessed documents will show a price for processing. Processed documents will be available for download in your chosen format (LaTeX or Markdown).

4.3 Document Management

You may view your document history and edit document names. We provide storage for your processed documents, but we recommend maintaining your own backups.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the complexity and length of documents to be processed. Prices will be clearly displayed before you commit to processing a document.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept list payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the service fails to adequately process your document. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of document processing.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload documents that:

Contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You agree not to:

Use automated methods to access or use our service without our express permission
Attempt to bypass any measures we use to restrict access to the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
